Track Name: Slow Lane
Days by the water to soothe my soul
Peace in nature as I watch a shoal go by
Turn off my phone, shut out the world
I’m on my own and life is a pearl

Chorus
Where do you when it’s time to grow
Where do you go to escape the strife
Where do you go when you’re feeling low
You go to the slow lane of life

V2
Hear the birds flying through the trees
Listen to the endless melodies
A Dragonfly skips along the pool
Wonder why life like this aint the rule

Chorus

Oh the slow lane
It's the only place to be
Don't wanna go in no fast lane, oh no!
That's where they hold the rat race
Are you a rat? I aint no rat!
I'm a human bear
And I don't wanna go there
Oh no, I wanna take it real slow
Like so...

Chorus

Days by the water soothe my soul
Do what I gotta to repay lifes toll (it's a heavy cost)
Watch the wildlife in the undergrowth
All so perfect I don’t know what I love the most

Chorus
Track Name: Down By The Riverside
I'm gonna lay down my sword and shield
Down by the riverside

I aint gonna study war no more

I'm gonna shake hands with all the world
Down by the riverside

I aint gonna study war no more

I'm gonna sit down and sing a song
Down by the riverside
Track Name: Echoes Of The Past
Once upon a time there was a boy who wore my name
He thought he wore it well
Thought life was a game and emotions simply names
He puts me through hell

And the echoes of the past grow discordant with age
Coz they don’t change the key, as I turn the page
The boy I once was, well he’s gone for good
Cant forget his deeds, I wish I could

Done too many sins and hurt too many things
To ever fully atone
But I gotta try – I use your pain to cry
I wish I had known

Chorus

Wish I could forget all the things I said
That I didn’t mean that I do regret
Wish I could forget all the things I did
That I didn’t mean that I do regret x2

Chorus
Track Name: Merry Tom
Young Tom the stable hand, loved the horses so
He’d always wanted one of his own
But times were hard in the Red Earls employ
From a farmer’s family he was a poor boy
Then one springtime fell a weakling colt
Young Tom rushed to him like a lightning bolt
From that moment the boy loved the beast
But any lame horse became a hounds feast

Young Tom went to Red Earl, loudly he did beg
“Please sir don’t kill this horse due to a poorly leg”
Red Earl said “if you can afford the feed
I’ll let you keep this poorly steed”
Young Tom thanked Red Earl and went on his way
He could feed him on his family’s hay
And in time, the young colt he grew
His leg was healed and he stood proud and true

Young Tom said a name you shall need
One befitting such a noble steed
His father said he makes you happy
I suggest, the name of Merry
So Tom rode on proud Merry
Who proved himself the fastest of his breed
And in time became the Red Earls envy
Who commanded I’ll have back my steed

Young Tom wept but he gave up Merry
He knew Red Earl could harm his family
Red Earl took the horse who grew yet more strong
Said “I’ll name you for the boy – you shall be Merry Tom”

Merry Tom was ridden in the hunt
Wherever he went he went at the front
Red Earl rode him long and jumped him high
He said this horse could jump into the sky
Then one Autumn in came the heavy rains
The Nene was swollen and flooded in the drains
Red Earl thought he’d try a jump at the brook
Merry Tom broke his neck in the current he was took

Red Earl loved the horse of the jump he did repent
And so built a fitting monument
On it he wrote a simple piece
But young Tom had written underneath

Here lies the body of Merry Tom
Ridden to death by careless Red Earl John
Track Name: Entropy
Time will grind, grind me down to dust
Time will grind, grind me down to dust
I’m 3 miles high and I reach up to the sky but
Time will grind, grind me down to dust

Rain will wash, wash away my crown
Rain will wash, wash away my crown
It is soft and I am strong but it’ll keep up till I’m gone
Rain will wash, wash away my crown

Tide will take, take away my roots
Tide will take, take away my roots
I’m tough as nails and you cant see how I’ll fail but
Tide will take, take away my roots

Core will heat, heat me till I melt
Core will heat, heat me till I melt
Burn and crush until I’m fiery slush
Core will heat, heat me till I melt

Then I will rise, I will rise again
Oh I will rise, I will rise again
I was born and then I died I’m back for another ride
I will rise, I will rise again

Time will grind...

Thinkin' bout the money I ain't made
Chorus

But I aint 'ad no women like the drivin' men
Chorus

Moses stood on the Red Sea shore
Battin' at the waves with a two-by-four

Track Name: The Worm Will Turn
Getting bullied at school?
Dont worry about them fools
Coz one day you’ll be the boss
You can fire them it’s their loss
Coz the worm will turn as the world keeps rolling on

Chickens were once T-Rex
Now they’re emotional wrecks
Once they could’ve swallowed you whole
Well now we’ve reversed the roll
Coz the worm will turn as the world keeps rolling on

Elephants were once a mouse
Now they’re the size of a house
Trampling all in their wake
Get out the way for goodness sake
But the worm will turn as the world keeps rolling on

So if you pick on those who’re small
Get ready for a fall
Coz you might be a t-rex
Getting stomped on in your nest
Coz the worm will turn as the world keeps rolling on
Track Name: Your Love Is Like A Sunny Day
From the moment I saw you
I knew you didn’t have a clue
About the effect you had one me
I feel so weak at the knee

Coz your love is like a sunny day

When you’re near my spirits grow
I no longer feel hollow
As we share all lifes cares
Lets grow old in rocking chairs

Coz your love is like a sunny day
Track Name: The Tramp
If you all will shut your trap,
I will tell you 'bout a chap,
That was broke and up against it, too, for fair;
He was not the kind to shirk,
He was looking hard for work,
But he heard the same old story everywhere.

(Chorus)
Tramp, tramp, keep on a-tramping,
Nothing here for you;
If I see you round about,
You will wear the ball and chain,
Tramp tramp keep on tramping
It's the best that you can do.

He walked up and down the street,
'Til the shoes fell off his feet.
In a house he spied a lady cooking stew,
And he said, "How do you do,
May I chop some wood for you?"
What the lady told him made him feel so blue.

(Repeat chorus)

'Cross the street a sign he read,
"Work for Jesus" so it said,
And he said, "Here is my chance, I'll surely try,"
So he knelt upon the floor,
Till his knees got rather sore,
But at eating-time he heard the preacher cry–

(Repeat chorus)

Cross the street he spied a cop,
And the copper made him stop,
And he said, "When did you blow into town?
And he took him to the judge,"
But the judge he said, "Oh fudge,
Bums with no money needn't come around."

(Repeat chorus)

Finally came that happy day
When his life did pass away,
He was sure he'd go to heaven when he died,
When he reached the pearly gate,
Santa Peter, mean old skate,
Slammed the door right in his face and loudly cried:

(Repeat chorus)

In despair he went to Hell,
With the Devil for to dwell,
For the reason he'd no other place to go.
And he said, "I'm full of sin,
So for Christ's sake, let me in!"
But the Devil said, "Oh, beat it! You're a 'bo!'
(Repeat chorus)
Track Name: Aint No Grave
Ain't no grave
Can hold my body down
Ain't no grave
Can hold my body down

When I hear that trumpet sound
I'm gonna rise right out of the ground

Ain't no grave...

Well, look way down the river
And what do you think I see
I see a band of angels
And they're coming after me

Ain't no grave...

Well, look down yonder, Gabriel
Put your feet on the land and sea
But Gabriel, don't you blow your trumpet
Until you hear from me

Ain't no grave...

Well meet me, Jesus, meet me
Meet me in the middle of the air
And if these wings don't fail me,
I will meet you anywhere

Ain't no grave...
Meet me, Mother and Father,
Meet me down the river road
And Mama, you know I'll be there
When I check in my load

Ain't no grave...
Track Name: In The Pines
My girl my girl dont lie to me
Tell me where did you sleep last night?
In the pines in the pines
Where the sun never shines
I would shiver the whole night through

My girl my girl where will you go
I'm going where the cold wind blows
In the pines in the pines
Where the sun never shines
I would shiver the whole night through

Her husband was a hard working man
Just about a mile from here
His head was found in a driving wheel
But his body ne'er was found

My girl my girl dont lie to me
Tell me where did you sleep last night?
In the pines in the pines
Where the sun never shines
I would shiver the whole night through

My girl my girl dont lie to me
Tell me where did you sleep last night?
In the pines in the pines
Where the sun never shines
I would shiver the whole night through

My girl my girl where will you go
I'm going where the cold wind blows
In the pines in the pines
Where the sun never shines
I would shiver the whole night through

My girl my girl dont lie to me
Tell me where did you sleep last night
Track Name: A Folk Song
We sing sea shanties
In a round of melodies
We sing of rovers wild
Green grow the nettles
Pots into kettles
A tale of an orphaned child

Chorus
A song a song a folk song
To wash away our fears
A song a song a folk song
To pass down through the years

We sing John Barleycorn
And tell of ancient wars
Of battles no one wins
We sing of rainy nights
Cold haily rainy nights
Of nights that are full of sin

Chorus

Where did it all begin?
Hunters plucking on bowstrings
Or Mummies soothing little ones
Or did it we do it just for fun?

Double chorus
